Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
Defective Items:
If the item you receive is faulty or doesn’t work properly, contact us within 30 days of receipt, providing a photo or video showing the issue.
Once we confirm the defect, you can choose either a full refund, repair, or an exchange.
In some cases, the item may not need to be returned.
Non-Defective Items:
Returns and exchanges for non-defective items are accepted if the item is in its original, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Non-Returnable Items:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for items that are damaged due to improper use, self-repair attempts, or repairs by a third party.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The timeline for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method.
Sale Items
Sale items have the same rights for returns and exchanges as full-priced items. Both defective and non-defective sale items qualify for refunds or exchanges under the conditions stated above.
Manufacturer’s Guarantee
TreasureWooden provides a 30-day warranty from the purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, dropping, or misuse.
Repair, Replacement, or Exchange:
If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, TreasureWooden will repair, replace, or exchange it at no cost to you.
Refunds are not issued under the warranty policy; only replacements, repairs, or exchanges are provided.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item shows signs of self-repair attempts or repairs by a third party.
